But before we do that, let me introduce myself a little bit more formally…
Hi, my name is Roman Zarudyanskiy and for the first 30 years of my life, I’ve had a blinding obsession and passion for wellness, health, martial arts in its full practice, and a true lover of life.
It wasn't always this way.
In fact, I went through my fair share of challenges as a child.
Hell, if you saw me up until I was 18 years old, I had dozens of sessions of antibiotics intravenously infused in my system because the pills no longer worked!
I was suffering almost on a daily basis.
This was hitting me on a whole new level, to a point that I was even unaware of the strain I was putting my body through.
The body is incredible and super adaptable… sometimes to its detriment.
Take it this way.
If you had something that stopped you standing up straight, like a sprained ankle… How long before your body would adapt to let you walk again (given you could walk)?…
Of course, there’s a healing moment, but then your body… sort of forgets.
It’s because of this, your body starts to let itself live in a constant, mild pain.
That’s what was happening to my body.
It went on for 30 years of my life, where I had been thought of as an athlete or a competitor.
It wasn’t until I realized there was a very IMPORTANT part of our life’s manual that seemed to be left out.
While we do what I’m about to share with you daily… I can guarantee at least 80% of the world are doing this wrong!…
“How could you guarantee it being that high?”…
The way I can guarantee it is simple… Most of the western world is out of shape, has several health problems that could be helped and cured with a good lifestyle and doing this one thing correctly.
You’re gonna laugh initially, but hold on with me a minute…
That thing, by the way that we’re almost certainly doing wrong? Breathing.
Sounds like the dumbest thing ever, but breathing will help you understand and resolve more things with life than any other practice you can ever try.
This is yoga, jujitsu, meditation, self development, movement, living, EVERYTHING depends on breath.
Without breathing, you can last maybe three minutes without air, you can survive three days without water. You can survive three weeks without food.
And yet the majority of us spend more time figuring out what to eat and what to drink (the lucky ones).
And very few of us even think about how we breathe.
Bruce Lee said it best...
You want to be like water. You want to become the cup. You want to be able to flow and you want to be able to crash.
The problem is far too many of us are just crashing and never learned how to breathe properly.
When you put something on autopilot to survive, and not set it to help you thrive… You end up where you are now.
In a moment, I'm going to share with you exactly what I see with the muscle bound beefcake, the yogi, the Jiu Jitsu black belt, or the triathlete.
They should all have fairly deep lung capacities if they’re trying to be the best they can be…
I can tell you right now, until they understand how to breathe properly, they will never be able to go further than where they're at right now.
Because breathing properly, at full capacity, 100%, opens up the intercostal muscles, the back muscles, the diaphragm - fully breathing from that place. That will help them get further because they will access a deep well energy.
The best part… It heals you in more than one way, it opens things up in more than one way.
It goes through the physical, mental, spiritual and metaphysical realms of all of who you are to truly align you back to who you are and what you want.
And it doesn’t just end with a physical improvement, you’ll find yourself sitting up straight more often, and feeling happier for no reason.
Most beneficially, you’ll feel a level of clearness and clarity that you have forgotten that you even had or could achieve again.
For the majority of people, they’re operating based on a brain fog and hoping that cup of coffee wakes their ass up in the morning.
NEWSFLASH, imagine if you could breathe your own cup of coffee, that level of intelligent, intense energy just bursting through from within you. That's what your body was made to do. I promised you two simple exercises at the start to help you check…
Here we go…
The first is simple.
Put one hand on your chest in between your collar bones
Put the other hand on your belly.
Take a deep breath.
Count to four.
Take a deep breath, follow where your breath goes.
Does it go to your diaphragm? Does your chest expand? Does it feel shallow?
Inhale and do it again.
How long can you repeat this?
When you start breathing through your diaphragm, it may feel strange but keep filling up your lungs.
When you exhale, see how much air is still left inside of you.
For most, there’s a 20-30% empty and your diaphragm doesn’t feel as strong.
That guarantees that 90% of people reading this page right now are not breathing correctly.
If you’ve ever competed at anything and you’re a high-achiever but you feel like you’re losing or have lost your edge…
Do this because it’ll help you realign.
Now, the second exercise is quite simple.
I want you to sit there just that on the floor.
Kneeling like sitting down cross legged or kneeling with both feet under you - think a samurai sitting.
And all I want you to do is breathe in but visualize the breath going to the very core and the depth of your diaphragm right down to the core of your gut.
If the air goes all the way down to that, I want you to visualize that I want you to expand on that.
And I want you to breathe like this for just a couple of seconds back and forth.
If you don't feel an immediate shift on how difficult it is to push down that deep, that will show you exactly where you're stuck.
Anytime you feel strain, tearing or pain from breathing, there is an immediate resistance that your body is holding on to because it's a muscle that hasn't been worked in over 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 years.
And the problems it's causing are backaches, stiff shoulders, weight gain, unnecessary stress, stiff neck, a lack of movement, digestive issues, lack of sleep.
By the way, a lack of wellness is contributing to 44% of obesity in America alone. One half of the world's population is predicted to get cancer before the age of 40(by 2025), all because they aren’t fully aware of taking care of their wellness.
Those numbers are both exciting and terrifying to me.
They terrify me because where we’ve gotten too.
What excites me… Well, I’m in the business of helping people breathe business, and brother there are many, MANY, people that need to know how to breathe.

I'm here to help you understand how your breath works, how to balance it and most importantly, how to fix what feels broken, and help you restore your breathing.
Take it this way, your diaphragm right now should weigh about 8 lbs of solid muscle.
Take it this way, the diaphragm is the king of all muscles, yet we treat it with neglect...
Most people don’t have that, theirs is inactive and weak.
Another way to say this is that our breathing is like a circuit board that's overloaded and the parts are put in the wrong place.
When you apply what I share… Well it’s like taking each part out, flipping it over, putting it back in the right place, and by the time you’re done… You’ll be breathing far more effectively.

The unique thing with the way we breathe is that we’re able to take “manual” control of our breathing, reprogram it and breathe correctly - in a way that benefits us in EVERY single way...
BUT you have to know that you take an average of 14,000 - 20,000 times a day on autopilot… Could you imagine if you’ve lived your life breathing incorrectly the entire time… And how it’s habitual and messing you up today…
Now, imagine if you corrected that same breathing pattern…
In the space of a few weeks you’ll start building good habits with your breathing…
You will fail to make this automatic quickly… it takes time. But it will be worth it.
The reason I advocate this so much to everyone, especially athletes and high performers is simply because you wouldn’t be getting as tired as you do on a day-to-day basis, you’d be more productive, happy, energetic, and not lazy.
But it means you have to be aligned with everything… The problem is really the diaphragm. It’s weak. Like really weak.
You’re not able to take in as much air and direct it to open up all the muscles in your body.
When you don’t feel 100%… So anxious, down, depressed, you can’t think straight, etc… It’s because your body is being deprived of oxygen.
It’s the same reason why when you take a dose of pure oxygen - it makes you feel euphoric.
I want you to answer this question… Where’s your breath right now?
Chest, lungs, diaphragm?
How deep and how relaxing is it right now?
Oddly enough, even the most in-shape people have a problem with breathing (trust me, I used to be one of them), you’ll find that your breathing is not going as deep as you thought it would go.
Funnily the brain is really good at letting you think you’re breathing deep enough… because I can assure you that you’re only filling about 20-30% of what your potential lung capacity for oxygen can be.

Why am I writing to you?
When the pandemic hit early in 2020, I knew immediately I had to do something to help people.
Not for any other reason than to help people overcome the feelings that would come up on them… the feeling of being trapped, depressed, unfocused, and the worst fate of all suicidal.

So what I did was go through and revamp my entire system.
I put it together in a way that allowed someone so busy, with a 8am-6pm gig, a family or are a single parent to set aside some time between 30 - 45 minutes for themselves to focus on their breathing, wellness, and movement.
There’s a MASSIVE side benefit.
As you start to pick up and understand these different ways of breathing, and bringing them into your life.
Including letting go of a lot of old pain and trauma in your body and life...
Crazy things start to happen in a good way for you.
And you deal better with life the deeper you go in class.
The way my classes are structured are by going through different levels.
Level One is always about the breath.
At the beginner level, we want to make sure that you can match the basic breath pattern. Essentially clearing the debris off of the highway.
Level two, we start building the strength around your breath, we start strengthening the muscles that haven't felt air in such a long time, they've almost atrophied or no longer work like they used to.
Level three. We start building different areas and poses into your movements and breathing.
Starting with how to increase strength in different areas of your body.
Then how to be more flexible, more mobile, etc.
At an advanced level, you're able to be deliberate in your movement every single time, which of course impacts who you are as a person and ultimately impacts your integrity.
The structure of your body impacts the emotions you put out, and the way that you show up in your day to day.
By doing these 3 things by revitalizing and realigning your breathing to it’s natural rhythm, you automatically return back to what I call, “source energy”.
Source energy can be called the universe, if you want it to be it could be God, if you want to be in this sense source energy is you and your breathing, because you're breathing in the energy that was given to you to fully expand out your body.
To truly get to that point where you could feel every essence of your greatness, because that's where you want to go.
